Salut à tous,

A noter dans vos agendas : le tourbillon des associations aura lieu à Lesneven le samedi 1er septembre.
Nous aurons un stand...et donc une présence indispensable!

Le tourbillon des associations approche : samedi 1er septembre à Bodenes (Près de la piscine de Lesneven).
Nous avons un stand comme tous les ans.

Pour occuper le stand, nous divisons la journée en créneaux horaires :
10h00-12h00
12h00-14h00
14h00-16h00
16h00-18h00

Merci de donner un peu de votre temps !!!

Pour habiller le stand, je suis ouvert à toutes les idées...

Je serai présent à 10h00 pour la mise en place.

L'idéal est d'être au moins 2 par tranches horaires

Ok pour moi, présent quelque soit l'heure.

Pour ceux qui seront en dernier (je veux bien en être), il y a le rangement de la salle après. donc prévoyez un peu plus de temps. 
 
Pour la déco du stand:
 - 1 ou 2 vélos
 - un PC avec des vidéos de nos sorties
 - La Banderole et/ou La carte de notre rando,
 - une tenue du club (avec les Sponsor!)
 - Présentation des différents projets du club avec photos (maxi verte, La Chouette, La GTMC...)
...

A 4, c'est un peu juste pour l'instant.

Notre présence nous permet d'obtenir une subvention non négligeable de l'OMS et, en suite, de proposer des casques à un très bon tarif...
